Who We Are
We are a real estate investment company located in San Antonio, TX. The primary focus of our business is locating distressed single-family homes and turning them into high performing mortgage notes. We also complete several fix and flips, wholesales, and wholesales every year along with managing a portfolio of rental properties.
Henry and Nick have over 20 years of combined real estate experience and have participated in well over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years we have refined our processes and procedures to give everyone involved the best chance at success.
About Us
We sell homes and investment properties to the wonderful people of San Antonio. We are able to offer financing on many of the properties we have for sale which can be a big help to the people of our community. We also enjoy helping other real estate investors to find great investments that they can add to their portfolios. We’re constantly picking up new properties and always have notes and properties available.
Henry Munguia is a Licensed Real Estate agent with over 15 years of experience. Henry started his real estate career by wholesaling, flipping, and renting homes. In August 2011, Henry was hand-picked by local San Antonio investors to help purchase and sell homes with owner financing. Since then, Henry has purchased and sold over 700 owner financed homes.
Nick Disney began in real estate by marketing to distressed homeowners and providing them with solutions by matching them with experienced investors. This produced capital to purchase properties to fix and flip and build a portfolio of rental properties. During 2015, Nick transitioned into purchasing properties to rehab and then offer with seller financing. Nick has been investing since 2008 and has experience in wholesaling, flipping, rentals, and creating and selling real estate notes.
We have been participating in the San Antonio and Rio Grande Valley real estate market for years. We strive to create win-win transactions for people who would like to purchase a home from us and the investors that we help to grow their real estate portfolios.
We have produced steady growth for over a decade and enjoy working with people who want to grow with us.
